GearUpZone wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility: You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

 

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee. If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us for assistance.

 

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item and offer either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

 

Return Process:

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@gearupzone.com or call us at 239-475-3736 within 30 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
