Return Policy


To qualify for a return:

We accept returns on all physical products within 30 days of the delivery date, regardless of condition.

You do not need to return the item in its original packaging or condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product or a different product of equal value, depending on availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

 



Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label.

There are no restocking fees.

We cover all return shipping costs.

 



Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If your refund is delayed beyond that timeframe, please contact us and your payment provider.

 



Non-Returnable Items

We do not sell digital or downloadable products. All items sold on GearUpZone are printed, physical products. Therefore, all products are eligible for return under the terms stated above.
